For this reason, RONAUTICA QUALITY MARINAS has decided to implement an Equal Opportunities Plan from the conviction that non-discrimination, equality and the conciliation of family, work and personal life, allow to value and optimize the potentialities and possibilities of all the staff and to improve their quality of life, which contributes to increase productivity and to attract, retain and motivate the members of the staff, increasing consequently their satisfaction with the organization.
